We currently deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us at maqbooleshifa@gmail.com to confirm availability and shipping charges.

2. Delivery Times

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

• Within Pakistan:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

• International Orders:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier service delays.

3. Delivery Charges

• Domestic (Pakistan):

  • Flat Rate: PKR 200
  • Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 2,500

• International Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

5. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided in your confirmation message.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or other issues, our courier partner will contact you for a second attempt. If the delivery fails again, the package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Packaging and Handling

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All items are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately.
